2. Property management firms would inspect the property at least twice in a year, with an interval of six months between inspections. Everything from locks and appliances to plumbing and electrical will be inspected by them. Tenants will also be notified 24 or 48 hours prior to performing inspections or as per state regulations.
3. Property managers would also inspect the exteriors of property on a quarterly or monthly basis. Most of them would drive by the house to make inspections, without disturbing the tenant. Apart from this, a full scale inspection will also be conducted once in a while.
